How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days across Pakistan. Express delivery is available in select cities.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available nationwide on all orders.
Are your products genuine?
All products are 100% genuine and come with official manufacturer warranty.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy on all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
What are the rules/conditions for returning or exchanging a product?
Returns and exchanges are not done randomly; they must follow specific rules: 1) The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original box with all accessories. 2) Return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery. 3) Products showing physical damage, water damage, or missing parts will not be accepted. 4) Opening video or proof may be required for defective/wrong items.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track from your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping coming soon.
